• Moving to the Queue: If you arrive after your slot has passed, our reception team will simply place you into the regular daily queue. You will still be seen by the doctor as soon as an opening comes up in the live line.
• Emergency Delays: Because we are a hospital, our specialist doctors and consultants are occasionally called away to handle urgent emergencies in the Emergency Department (ED).
• Your Patience Helps: If an emergency arises, your appointment might be slightly delayed. We truly appreciate your kind understanding and patience while our doctors save lives!
